NTT Ford Pretoria is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling vehicle parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the dealership’s sales objectives.

Assist customers with parts enquiries and sales

Identify and supply correct vehicle parts and accessories

Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and returns accurately

Maintain strong relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers

Ensure accurate stock control and assist with stock counts when required

Promote parts specials and upselling opportunities

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter environment

Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards
