NTT Nissan Potchefstroom is seeking for a dynamic, results-driven Vehicle Manager to lead and grow our Used Vehicle department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing profitability, managing stock, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with NTT and Nissan SA standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Used Vehicle department
achieve and exceed sales targets, gross profit, and stock turn objectives. Excellent skills on Vehicle Recon as well on Admin.

Source, appraise, and procure used vehicles through trade-ins, auctions, and external suppliers
Ensure accurate vehicle pricing, valuation, and merchandising
Monitor and control used vehicle stock levels, aging, and reconditioning costs.

Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Lead, motivate, train and manage the Vehicle sales team

Work closely with the F&I to maximize finance and insurance penetration

Hands on Social Media and Promotion days. Also to think out of the box for Social activities to get the communities attention and take lead towards it.
